My father was a writer so I grew up in a house overflowing with books. Seriously. Books everywhere. As such, I’ve always had a passion for and appreciation of the written word. I’ve worked professionally with words since I was 15 years old, and Publish Central is the result of this many years of experience, along with that of our awesome, highly skilled team.
Publish Central exists to help authors share their words with readers. We work to the highest design, editing and production standards, and partner with the same people and companies as the major publishers to produce our authors’ books. We have been helping self-publishers for almost 20 years.
Here’s a summary of us in 132 words:
We’re your publishing partner. We care just as much as you do about producing an awesome book. We’re always here to help, both before and after your book is published.
We’re the best in the business. We have decades of experience across all areas of publishing, working for and with all the major publishers in Australia. And you get the benefit of that experience for your book.
We love books. When we’re not working on books, we’re talking about books, reading books, buying books, sorting books, writing books, sharing books, and anything else you can think of that’s to do with books.
Giving makes us warm and fuzzy. Every year we donate 10% of our profits to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, because everybody who wants books should have books. Lots of books.
